it is, of course, all about the growers.
their stories and dedication, their challenges and triumphs.
they are my inspiration; and their future lies in our hands and the choices we make every single day.

all of the produce supplied to some of sydney’s finest restaurants or packed in produce boxes for you to cook at home is sourced direct from these small farms, the majority of whom grow using organic and/or biodynamic practices.

freshness and flavour are paramount.
